China-Europe Shipping
Hi, I’m Pam, a freelance artist originally from Guangdong, China, now living in Warsaw, Poland.
Since moving to Europe, I’ve noticed how much more expensive things are here, especially electronics like phones. In Poland, prices can sometimes be double or triple than what you’d pay in China, which is crazy! So, I started shipping goods from China to Europe, with a focus on Poland, because even after paying for shipping, many items still end up being way cheaper than buying them locally.
I used a lot of shipping companies in the past 2 years, and now I know one that's quite reliable. Please note that I don't work for any shipping company, I just help you to connect with them to help you ship from China to Poland or Europe.
Shipping Fee to Poland
By train, 22zl/kg , shipping time is 45-55 days. (need to be over 13kg each shipment)
By truck, 27zl/kg, shipping time is 25 -35 days. (need to be over 11kg each shipment)
By air flight, shipping time is 7-15 days
if less than 11kg: first 0.5kg is 115zl, and for each 0.5kg more is 38zl/0.5kg.
if more than 11kg, it's 48zl/kg
(*please note that due to customs clearance/inspection or weather, the time may be a bit longer)
The size also matters in the shipment. If the volumetric weight is higher than the actual weight, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the volumetric weight. The formula is: length × width × height ÷ 6000.
For example, your item weighs 11 kg, but its dimensions are 40 × 50 × 50 cm. The volumetric weight is 40 × 50 × 50 ÷ 6000 = 16.67 kg, which is rounded up to 17 kg. You will be charged for 17 kg.
Taxes are already included in the shipping fee. No extra fee needed.
If you're in other countries in Europe, the price may differs depending on your country.
What you can ship
You can ship almost everything: cloths, books, shoes, bags, toys, dry food, cosmetics, medicines, tea, liquids and powders, electronic products, etc.
Personally I would recommend electronic such phones, cameras, laptops, tablets, etc. They’re way cheaper in China than Poland even including shipping.
*Things cannot ship: dangerous goods (flammable Items, explosives, toxins & chemicals); perishable goods (fresh food like fruits, vegetables, meat, and dairy products; plants; live animals); weapons or military equipment; cultural artifacts; drugs; cigarettes and alcohol; white powder; drone
Requirement
For each person each shipment to Warsaw, you need to make sure you have at least 5kg stuffs. If it’s less than that, I honestly wouldn’t bother to help out, sorry. If it's less than 11kg, you will need to pick it up in my address in Warsaw which is in Bielany district.
If you have over 13kg, I can ship it to your address in Poland or Europe.
How to Proceed

You can buy goods from Taobao or other Chinese platform yourself. I can also offer service to help you buy things from all Chinese platform if you need, I will charge 5% fee of the product price (if the price is lower than 2000yuan, I will charge 10%). There're other platforms such as Pinduoduo (Temu is the abroad version of Pinduoduo), JD.com, Xiaomi, etc.

I can offer consultant service to guide you how to buy things from Chinese platform and any other questions you can ask regarding buying products and shipping from China. Consultant fee is 100PLN, need to pay first, then offer my service.

Taobao is the Chinese version of AliExpress but way cheaper with much more products. In order to use Taobao, you need to have Alipay first (Alipay is in English), you can link your own bankcard/credit card to it. After having Alipay, you can use Alipay account to log in Taobao. You can google "how to use Taobao", and find instruction on some page and YouTube. Put everything you want to buy in your cart (购物车), and use the address I give you to buy them.

Once you have your stuffs, you can ship it to the warehouse address I provide. You can buy things from different suppliers, the warehouse will help pack your stuffs. Once we have over 13kg weight, we can start shipping to Warsaw.

You need to send me the shipping fee base on the weight of your stuffs before we ship them, the warehouse will weight the kg. You can pay through cash or bank transfer (blik).

Each shipment can only ship to one destination, so I will use my own address which is in Bielany district in Warsaw. Once it's shipped, I will send you a link to track where the package goes, it's pretty detailed. When the stuffs arrive, you can come to my place to get them. If you have over 15kg stuffs to ship just by yourself, I may able to arrange the shipment to your address directly.
Note: you need to take care of the quality of your own goods when you buy them, I don't take responsible for the things you ship. I only help out to orgranize the shipping. I take no responsibility of the quality of the stuffs, or if it get damaged during shipping. ( the shipping company take very good care of packing the goods normally)
Some good products from China
Here I would like to recommend some good products from China. I have used these goods/brands myself, most of they are international brands with good quality assurance.

Pu'er tea: Pu'er tea is one of the best tea from China, and the longer it last, the better it taste. I can offer over-15-years-old Pu'er tea with very good price. check it HERE.

Phone: Xiaomi. I’ve used Xiaomi phone for over 10 years now, it’s affordable and good. Other brands such as Huawei, Honor, OPPO, VIVO are also good.

Video Camera: Insta360. I have several of their products. They have different cameras, The thumb camera go3 and panoramic camera X5 are great. Action camera AcePro also nice. For PTZ Camera would be DJI Pocket 3.

Laser Hair Removal Device: Ulike. I started using it since 2018, it works very well for body hair. Now my body has no hair at all and smooth.

Laptop and tablet: they are also cheaper in China than anywhere else. I know a guy selling Dell laptop with very reasonable price in China, my laptop is from him. Xiaomi laptop and tablet also pretty good.

Projector: XGIMI is a pretty good brand for projecter.

Xiaomi products: Xiaomi is not just famous for their phones but so much more with affordable price and good quality, such as watch, band, airphone, Smart Home Devices like security cameras, cleaning robot, air purifier, etc. Personally I’m a big fan of Xiaomi, I have so many Xiaomi products in my house back in China to make it smart house.

UV lights: to sterilize virus and bacteria.
With these recommended products, I will help you buy them with 5% fee of the product price. I will make sure they’re from the official channels and packed well, definitely no fake stuffs.
